Getting started

How do I set up OliviaAI?
Open the app, verify your mobile number, then turn on conditional call forwarding so the calls you don't answer ring to OliviaAI. The app walks you through your carrier's exact code (it detects your carrier automatically). Your own number doesn't change — only the calls you miss are forwarded.
How does OliviaAI handle my calls?
When you can't pick up, OliviaAI answers in a natural voice, has a real conversation with the caller, and follows the rules you set — putting important people through, screening unknowns, and politely shutting down telemarketers. Every call is recorded (the caller is told), transcribed, and summarized so you see exactly what happened without listening to anything.
How do I stop forwarding / turn OliviaAI off?
Dial your carrier's cancel-forwarding code (for example, *73 on Verizon) — the app shows the exact one for your carrier. Your calls go straight to you again. You can turn forwarding back on anytime.

Your messages & notifications

Why didn't I get a notification?
Make sure notifications are allowed for OliviaAI Voicemail in your device Settings, and check Settings → Notifications in the app — you control per-call alerts, urgent priority, sound, and the app-icon badge there. Spam and screened calls are intentionally quiet (they show up in your brief without buzzing you).
Can I change the text reply that's sent when I tap "Text back"?
Yes — Settings → Text back lets you edit the default message. Use {name} and it's replaced with the caller's first name.

Subscription & billing

How much does it cost?
OliviaAI Voicemail is $3.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Your subscription is billed through your Apple Account (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and renews monthly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Tap Settings → Manage subscription in the app — it opens your store's subscription screen. Or go directly: on iPhone, open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → OliviaAI Voicemail → Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OliviaAI Voicemail → Cancel subscription. Canceling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Privacy & your data

Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell or share your data. Your contacts are used only so OliviaAI can recognize who's calling. Recordings are kept in private storage that isn't publicly accessible. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and everything in it — every call, recording, transcript, contact, and rule. It can't be undone. You can also email support@voaice.com to request deletion.
