OliviaAI Voicemail — Privacy Policy

OliviaAI Voicemail (the "Service") is an intelligent voicemail assistant provided by voAIce Corp ("voAIce," "we," "us"). When you can't take a call, OliviaAI answers your forwarded calls, follows the rules you set, and gives you summaries of what happened. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

Plain-language summary: We process the forwarded calls you ask us to handle so we can answer them, transcribe them, summarize them, and follow your rules. We don't sell your data. You can delete your data and turn the Service off at any time.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email (if you sign in with Google), and your mobile phone number, which we verify so we know which forwarded calls are yours.
Call content — for calls forwarded to OliviaAI, we create an audio recording, a transcript, an AI-generated summary, and the caller's phone number. This is the core function you are enabling.
Your rules — the plain-English categories and handling instructions you create.
Contacts (optional) — if you grant permission and explicitly choose to upload them, we securely upload your device contacts to our server so OliviaAI can recognize known callers when she answers your forwarded calls. Contacts are used only for caller recognition, are never sold or shared with third parties, and you can disconnect and delete them from our server at any time in the app's Settings.
Device & usage — push-notification tokens and basic app/device information needed to deliver notifications and operate the Service.

How we use it

To answer your forwarded calls as your AI assistant and follow the rules you set.
To transcribe and summarize calls, detect their language, and surface messages and action items to you.
To recognize callers and prioritize the people you care about.
To send you notifications and your daily brief.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Call recording & consent

OliviaAI identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of each call and states that the call may be recorded and transcribed. You consent to recording and to OliviaAI acting as your assistant when you set up the Service. You are responsible for using the Service in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You can stop forwarding calls to OliviaAI at any time using your carrier's cancel code.

AI processing & service providers

We use trusted infrastructure and AI providers to transcribe audio, generate summaries, deliver telephony, send notifications, and store data securely. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained so you can review your call history. You can delete individual items or your entire account at any time from the app or by contacting us; deletion removes your content from active systems and from backups on our standard backup-expiry cycle.

Your choices & rights

Turn the Service off by canceling call forwarding (dial your carrier's cancel code, e.g. *73 on Verizon).
Revoke contacts permission at any time in your device settings, and disconnect & delete your uploaded contacts from our server at any time in the app's Settings → Contacts.
Delete individual calls, messages, or your entire account.
Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorized systems, and recordings are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Your session credentials are stored in your device's secure keychain.

Children

OliviaAI Voicemail is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app.
