OliviaAI Voicemail — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OliviaAI Voicemail (the "Service"), provided by voAIce Corp ("voAIce," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

OliviaAI Voicemail is an AI assistant that answers calls you forward to it, follows the call-handling rules you create, records and transcribes those calls, and provides you summaries and messages. The Service handles only the calls your carrier forwards to it when you don't answer (or when you direct all calls to it).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and verify ownership of the mobile number you forward to us.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.
You must be at least 13 years old (and the age of majority where required to consent to call recording).

3. Call recording & your responsibilities

You authorize OliviaAI to answer, record, and transcribe calls forwarded to it, and to act as your assistant on those calls. OliviaAI identifies itself as an AI and discloses that calls may be recorded. Call-recording and consent laws vary by state and country, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you and your callers are located. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or harm others.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Don't use the Service to record calls you have no lawful right to record.

5. AI output

Transcripts, summaries, and OliviaAI's spoken responses are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. They are provided to assist you and are not a substitute for your own judgment. Do not rely on them for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences without independent verification.

6. Service availability

The Service depends on your carrier's call-forwarding and on third-party telephony and AI infrastructure. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, recorded, transcribed, or summarized, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Price

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll give you notice and the choice to accept before you're charged.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling call forwarding and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create legal risk.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, voAIce Corp WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY MISSED CALL, LOST MESSAGE, OR INACCURATE TRANSCRIPT OR SUMMARY.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
