You can permanently delete your OliviaAI Voicemail account — and everything in it — at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, phone number, sign-in identity)
- All call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and messages
- All call-handling rules, contact groups, and any uploaded contacts
- Push-notification tokens and device records
Content is removed from active systems right away and from backups on our standard backup-expiry cycle. Any active subscription is managed by Google Play or the App Store — cancel it in your store account settings (deleting your account does not bill you further, but store subscriptions must be cancelled in the store).
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open OliviaAI Voicemail
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
The delete option is always available — including on the subscription screen if your trial has ended.
Or request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@voaice.com from a message that includes the phone number you signed up with. We verify the request against that number and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner), then confirm by reply.
Partial deletion
You don't have to delete everything: individual calls, recordings, and transcripts can be deleted in the app, and uploaded contacts can be disconnected and deleted in Settings → Contacts without closing your account.
